1. What is included in the rental?
   The rental typically includes the fried ice cream machine, power cables, 2x spatulas, and an instruction manual. Optional add-ons include serving cups, spoons, or ingredients.

2. Do you provide ingredients or toppings?
   Ingredients are not included by default, but we offer ingredient packages for an additional fee. Toppings such as vanilla extract, syrups, candy, nuts, and sprinkles can also be added to your rental package.

3. How much does it cost to rent a fried ice cream machine?
   Pricing varies based on rental duration and package options. Contact us for a quote based on your event needs.

4. Is setup and training included?
   Yes, we offer an instruction manual and links to brief training/demo on how to safely operate the machine.

5. How far in advance should I book?
   We recommend booking at least 1 week in advance to secure your preferred date.

6. Do you deliver and pick up the machine?
   Yes, we provide delivery and pickup within the CSRA and North Augusta. Additional fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.

7. What kind of power supply does the machine require?
   Our machines require a standard three prong outlet.

8. Can I operate the machine myself?
   Absolutely! Our machines are user-friendly, and we provide videos. However, professional operators are available for hire if needed.

9. Is the machine safe to use indoors?
   Yes, the machines are safe for indoor use as long as they are placed on a stable surface and properly ventilated.

10. What happens if the machine breaks down during my event?
    We offer on-call support and will attempt to resolve any issues quickly. In rare cases of complete failure, a refund or credit may be offered.

11. Can I rent for multiple days?
    Yes, extended rentals are available at discounted daily rates.

12. What is your cancellation policy?
    Cancellations made at least 3 days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee.

13. Is a deposit required?
    Yes, a refundable security deposit is required to cover potential damages or cleaning fees.

14. Do you offer machines for commercial or long-term rentals?
    Yes, we have options for long-term rentals for businesses, food trucks, or pop-up events.

15. Can the machine make other desserts too?
    While it's designed for fried-style ice cream, these models can also handle frozen yogurts or custom treats—ask us for more details!
